Participating in my last DietBet before surgery... It works out great because it ends right around when I start my pre-op diet. Had to snap my official weigh in photos and got a few other gems for "before" photos. 😜 Still unsure if my surgery is being bumped up. Either 44 or 38 says out... Eeek! 😁❤

I'm sorry I've been MIA. I have been sick the past week. That compiled with all that other normal junk life throws at us was more than enough. I'm feeling so much better today! I'm ready to kick butt & be ✨AWESOME✨. I missed all of my lovelies and have oodles of catching up to do on here!

This has absolutely no business being SO delicious. Shrimp with Zucchini & summer squash ran through the Veggetti Sauteed in extra virgin olive oil with garlic, Tajin, white pepper & a sodium free chicken broth packet. I tossed in a slice of asiago cheese and simmered until juices & cheese reached a sauce consistency.

I lost my Dad just over two years ago to a battle with renal carcinoma (kidney cancer). The wound is still very fresh but the many amazing memories along the way are even stronger. Miss you, Daddy ❤
