A Halloween tradition that I intend to break! Getting soooooooooo swamped with costume orders that I lose my mind & put off everything... Housework, cooking, normal life, family, friends & even working on the costumes for my own kids until 10/30. Not this year! Time is ticking away... 32 days until my #vsg I got a good chuckle out of my surgeons "relatively low weight" comment. Not something I've ever heard anyone say... This has absolutely no business being SO delicious. Shrimp with Zucchini & summer squash ran through the Veggetti Sauteed in extra virgin olive oil with garlic, Tajin, white pepper & a sodium free chicken broth packet. I tossed in a slice of asiago cheese and simmered until juices & cheese reached a sauce consistency.
